Prop restrictions explained – being polite in chat
Posted on September 4, 2009This one’s a no brainer really. As the poker room’s virtual employee, you have to behave in a manner that upholds the values the poker room promotes.
Since your task is to help draw in player traffic, the last thing you want to do is to curse at your opponents in the chat window. You have to remain polite at all times, even when other players attack you verbally, and you have to act in a professional manner. Just turn the chat off and let them vent their anger without getting pissed yourself.
Let your table actions do the talking for you and always remember that the shiftmanager watches over you.
